Semakin hari perasaan terhadap kerja yang dilakukan semakin berubah kesan perubahan yang pelbagai.
Lalu terbaca akan buku " The Joy of Work" dengan pelbagai strategi bagi mengembalikan semula keseronokan dalam pekerjaan.
Untuk seronok perlukan kegembiraan dan persekitaran yang bahagia. Namun, kesan bebanan yang kian bertambah menyebabkan kehilangan fokus.

Even if we manage a few people, a lot of decisions about how things work round here are made by senior leader.
